Job Responsibilities

• Introduce the company and products to customers, sort out customer requirements and existing pain points, and feedback relevant information to the product owner.

• Provide prototypes for customers, assist in building the test environment, and coordinate the whole testing process.

• Follow up customers’ daily trial use of prototypes, and contact and handle any problems in a timely manner.

• Track customers in mass production stage and handle on-site technical issues.

• Complete other related tasks arranged by the company.

• Submit daily reports to feedback the progress of technical support and problem resolution.

Job Requirements

• Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in science and engineering related fields such as Electronic Information, Automation, Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Mechatronics are preferred; with more than 2 years of relevant working experience.

• Technical Competence: Familiar with the technical principles, software and hardware architecture, and operating specifications of the company’s core products; possess solid circuit knowledge and equipment debugging capabilities, able to independently troubleshoot common technical failures; master the use of basic testing tools and have the ability of data sorting and analysis.

• Industry Cognition: Understand the technological development trends of the industry and customer application scenarios; those familiar with competitor product characteristics and industry pain points are preferred.

• Tool Skills: Skilled in using Office software (Excel, Word, PPT) to compile technical documents and presentation materials; possess the ability to use basic remote assistance tools and communication tools; some positions require mastery of professional tools such as CAD and oscilloscopes.
